Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems team needs a self-starter to manage our various systems, applications, and their respective integrations. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with stakeholders across every department within the organization to create the best environment possible in regards to our internal tech stack. This role reports into the Associate Director of Business Systems and will partner closely with our Salesforce, IT, Infosecurity, Procurement and Go-To-Market stakeholders. It is critical to success that one has a high attention to detail as well as the ability to quickly become an expert in a variety of systems, services, and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the access, configuration, and evolving functionality of Operational business systems (Docusign CLM, Ironclad, Smartsheet, Asana, Highspot)
  • Continuously review and improve upon our key use-cases and functionality for these systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for specific issues and troubleshooting as it relates to these systems
  • Consistently conduct system audits & configuration reviews, and refine documentation as needed
  • Partner with business owners to develop training and deployment plans focused on user adoption and realization of business benefits
  • Build reports and automations in tools based on business or project needs
  • Meet with vendor Account Managers for each system to align on topics such as company goals, new functionality, and any ongoing projects that need external support
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate needs into system enhancements or updates
  • Ensure proper role-based access and security controls are in place and that application licenses are being efficiently utilized

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years previous experience managing SaaS systems as either an Administrator, Support, or Technical Lead
  • Experience with a variety of systems from an end user’s perspective
  • Ability to effectively partner with a variety of business owners and stakeholders from all levels of the organization (including GTM teams)
  • Independent and self-driven; proactively look for opportunities for improvement in the current state
  • Ability to think strategically and ask thoughtful questions
