We are looking for a curious and pragmatic HR professional to step into the role of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). This role is at the heart of aligning HR practices with company goals, acting as a strategic advisor to our business units, providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about leveraging HR to help the business achieve its goals. You'll need to be good at figuring out how to balance what the company wants with what our employees need, always aiming to do things fairly and with understanding. The perfect candidate is adaptable, great at planning, communicating effectively, and knows their way around HR, especially in a team that's spread across different places.

The role will be reporting to the Associate Director, HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor for business leaders, offering insights and solutions on HR issues in alignment with business strategies
  • Support annual People programs including compensation reviews, performance reviews, and the employee engagement survey 
  • Craft and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and provide clarity on HR initiatives
  • Oversee and refine performance management processes, ensuring they are effective, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Lead and support initiatives related to organizational change, helping the business adapt to shifts in strategy, structure, or culture
  • Implement HR practices that respect and incorporate global workforce diversity, adhering to international standards and cultural sensitivities

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong preference for candidates who have both US and International experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build trusted relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a proven track record in managing complex HR projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence leveraging data, coupled with a hands-on, no-task-too-small mentality
  • Mature, detail-oriented, and realistic approach to HR practices, with a high level of cultural awareness and adaptability to global business settingsAbility to handle ambiguity and change, providing leadership and direction in challenging situations
  • Strong preference for prior experience in another other HR specialty such as learning & development, people operations, compensation, recruiting, or benefits who will bring a unique perspective to projects we work on

The base pay range for this position is $90,000-$120,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
